Selling sending wrong items

3 different orders from the same seller in China. First order the seller send the wrong bead and refunded upon my request. The second order the seller was supposed to send 2 glass beads and sent 2 entirely different beads and said they would "reissue" which I was ok with me, and I told them to let me know when they have mailed it. Until I got the 3rd package a day later and the only bead in it was also wrong. It was suppsed to be a glass dog bead and they sent a round rhinestone bead.

I asked if they could just refund me for the 2 beads from the second package and also the one from the 3rd package instead of waiting another month or so for the replacements and possibly getting those wrong as well. They responded and said they will reissue. I'm not entirely sure what to do now. And the package doesn't say that it has been delivered so I can't open a dispute with ebay until June 22nd I believe. Any input is appreciated.
