Hello all,
I being seling on Ebay for a few years now; and now I have a problem with one of my last items that I sold. The buyer is saying that the cell phone is internally damaged and cannot be activated. The problem is that on my escription I stated "no returns", however since I received the phone as a replacement from the carrier and never activated the phone my self, I cannot say for sure.
So the buyer open a case on PayPal not ebay... my question is if he return the phone and I refund his money do I received the "final valued" back from ebay, even thou the case was open only on Paypal? They're two companies now....
