Local Delivery only

I will be selling an item for local delivery only. While I can go in and check that the item was "shipped" to the buyer, there would be no tracking number.  I will get the buyer to sign a paper receipt showing the item was delivered and received, but how can I show on eBay that the item was delivered? And, will I not receive my paypal payment until after 7 days since there is no tracking number?  Thanks for your help/ideas.

Since the buyer will pay you in cash at the time of pickup, you have no need to prove delivery to eBay.
