Item not in hand

Dear eBay,

I would like to ask how to withdraw form bidding that already won because i just found that the seller do not have the item in hand. He never mention that the item is not ready stock or pre order.

The seller said the item will be arrived soon and he showed the recepit. As you know, receipt can be create by himself. I have a very bad feeling about this.

Im still lucky have not proceed for payment yet.

What shoud i do?
