My item arrived in an oversized, beat up, box wrapped in 1 layer of 1 cm bubble wrap with newspaper on barely on 4 of the 6 sides. The top of the unit is dented, there is at least 1 part inside rolling around and it won't power on.
That would be satisfactory packaging for a tee shirt but electronics?
I would like a complete refund including shipping. Is that fitting?
