Can anyone advise how you get in contact without having to call an International number (I'm in Australia)?
I had an item, that wasn't as described. The seller agreed to a return but couldn't supply a return postage label, so as per the eBay email, I sent the item at my cost. The seller then got eBay to close the case without paying my refund. I had to appeal to get the decision reversed but was told I had to seek the refund of the postage from the seller but the seller will not refund the postage. On top of that, I can't even provide feedback on this seller.
I just want to be able to contact someone at eBay without having to make international calls like I did to lodge my appeal.
