How to Cancel sales

Twice now I've had an item where both of the buyers wanted it shipped internationally even though I'm very confident that I didn't have ship internationally enabled on my listing. Anyway, I need to cancel both "Sales" even though I never got paid for them as I communicated with the buyers what shipping would be and they backed out. However ebay thinks i've still sold this item and i want to fix that. I did go through the troubleshooting on the support site here but it told me that it looks like my listing was done on another site like ebay Australia....ah what??!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
