Had issues with printer and need to reprint postage label but it says can't print more than 5 times

I tried multiple times to print a postage label and my printer was not responding.  Now that the printer issue is resolved, I cannot reprint the label because I am getting an error message that says 'we cannot allow you to print the label more than 5 times'.  The postage was already paid and a tracking # was assigned.  What can I do?
