GoDaddy Outright Bookkeeping Application Problem

My GoDaddy Outright Bookkeeping does not work anymore. It does not display; it askes for a password. Why? I never had to enter an GoDaddy User ID and Password before. I am not sure if the Window 10 software I downloaded has anything to do with this new problem. I am currently in good standing, payment up to date. Yet, Outright Bookkeeping data does not display when click. I tried to contact eBay but there is not a feature that addresses problem with GoDaddy Outright Bookkeeping application. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
