Once again I am buying a product that is only found in the USA. Again this is a product that is only offered through the Ebay global shipping program (excluding Canada). Once again I have to ask the seller to make a lot of effort to send it to me by USPS, Fedex ...

But this time, after several attempts, we had to cancel the transaction. He should have gone far from home so that I do not have to pay a shipping fee that would then 2x the price of the item.

Could I have a clear explanation of why this program can send anywhere in the world except to its northern neighbor?

Moral: The next time that happens, at the beginning of the deal, I ask the seller if it's him who consciously excluded Canada from the program. If this answer is negative, I will explain where to go to change.
