Error trying to sell items. "The csr.ebay.com page isn't working"

I am having an issue when I attempt to sell an item. I have been selling lots of items and have never had seen this before. It started on Sunday, July 24th, 2016. After clicking Sell an Item I get the following:
The csr.ebay.com page isn't working
csr.ebay.com redirected you too many times.
I have cleared my cache and cookies numerous times. I have even tried on 2 different machines on 2 different networks and I still see the same thing. I have also tired Chrome and IE and both do not work. I have logged out and back in, reboot my machine and also tried the Reset Settings in Chrome's advanced settings. Nothing has fixed the issue.
What's up? what do I need to do to fix this problem. See pic I attached for error
