Erroneous Internet Sales Tax on Invoice

I generated an invoice on 1/2/19 for a combined order/shipping charge of $191.60. The Washington sales tax rate was automatically loaded at 10%, however the dollar amount that was populated was $58.40. Now I'm might not be the brightest kid on the block, but even I know that 10% of $191.60 is $19.16 not $58.40. Since I could not override the dollar amount, I called customer service to see if they could reconcile this discrepancy on the invoice but pretty much got stonewalled. After being placed on hold several times while they checked on this, their answers were talk to my tax accountant, maybe Washington added some additional taxes on top of the 10%, send an email to eBay's "government relations specialist", they couldn't do anything to override the wrong dollar amount, and finally that there might be a glitch in the system. Try explaining these reasons to your buyer as to why he should pay an extra $39.24 above the posted 10% rate.

Below are copies of the invoice in question. I have not been able to find nor have I received any notification of a corrected invoice. IMG_0001.jpgIMG_0002.jpgvoice.
