DHL ecommerce shipping stuck on "En route to DHL eCommerce Distribution Center"

I oredered a rubber case for my macbook pro 13" about a week ago. The excpected arrival is March 14th but the shipping details lists it as still on its way to the shipping center. I've done a little research on DHL shipping and this appears to be a somewhat common occurance. Needless to say, I don't feel as though i will get my package anytime soon.
I am asking to see if this has happened to anyone els and I am also wondering what i should do to resiolve this issue?
