Customer wants to cancel after I've printed shipping label

My item was sold and paid for, so I went ahead and wrapped it, purchased and printed a shipping label.
When I sat back down at the computer, there was a message from the buyer requesting a cancelation. 

My question is, do I have to refund the shipping amount, too?

While you are not obligated to cancel, it always is the best thing to do and with a full refund.

 

Click on Cancel in the drop down menu next to the item.  Make sure you select "buyer request" as the reason, so you get your fees back.  Then go to the shipping management page and void the label to get you postage refunded.
