Dear supporter,
I have an open case since 8.2.2017 (didn't recieve an item).
Recently I got an email from eBay that should let me escalate the request to eBay decision because the seller never cooperated.
I followed strictly the instructions in their email, clicked the link 'case details' and was suposed to be nevigated to a click 'respond to case' and then to 'escalate this case'.
Actually, I was nevigated to a page that let me just 2 options:
1. Send a message to seller (doesn't work for me up to 3 attempts)
2. Close the request (why should I close it?)
Both options are not relevant to me and I'm very frustrated to find out that all available tools: Resolution Center, Contact us, Customer services...take me to an endless loop with no ability to describe this case.
Seems you're my last hope to get a human answer for this problem.
