Cancel order after one hour

I ordered a motherboard yesterday and the seller says that he can not sell me the item because it was listed as new but is not actually new. He told me that i can get a refund if i just cancel my order. Unfortanatley when i attempt to cancel all i get is a message telling me it is too late to cancel because an hour has already passed. All i can do is contact the seller for assistance. What do i do? Here is a screenshot of what i see when trying to cancel.
