Please eBay, a lot of people are writing you today and I just got back my top rated status for shipping in less than 24 hours. I have 4 envelopes that need to go out. Can you fix this? Same message the other 10 people are getting below. I also tried PayPal and even with $2 more charged it also said, can't print envelope at this time. So I was willing to print these without the discount just to get them out and keep my status as top rated plus. Please help us?
