Can't buy item

When I try to checkout it tells me to try with another payment method, but, with every method I try it won't work, even Paypal, which is my main payment option online and I've never had issues with it.

I had issues with my Zip Code on reverb.com, couldn't buy there, but they got it fixed, I think it might me the same issue here.

There's no customers service here, so, please help me, I don't wanna miss the item I'm trying to buy.
