I have filed a request for an item that is delayed from China. The seller still believes the item will eventually make its way to me even though the tracking still doesn't show acceptance by the carrier after five weeks. It only indicates that a label was created. I'm willing to give the seller the benefit of the doubt and wait a little longer before requesting a refund.
My question is: How long do I have after opening a request to ask for a refund ...or is the case automatically closed after a certain time period?
I don't want to miss my opportunity to be reimbursed through waiting too long.
