Adding the time payment option to a bigger dollar sales item

Good morning all.  I'm currently selling a higher value ($4,500+) graded comic book on eBay and was wondering how I can add the option to accept time payments to my sales listing.  It's currently an eBay store listing with a Best Offer option.  Thanks for any help you can give me.

It's already there. Selelrs see a different listing view than the one shown to potential buyers.
