Hello.
This chain comes from an estate. The end piece seems to accommodate a watch or keys? It opens up and is imprinted on the inside but I can't make out what it says or means. One word seems to be "Quality" but I don't know what the rest means.
TIA

That is a watch chain produced by Kreisler. They were noted for marking their items Kreisler quality USA.

In addition to @silverstatetreasureboxes's info, I think the 2nd line says: "GOLD CONT .025 USA"
Which would mean the gold content is 0.025, or 2.5%. The link above says they "sometimes added the purity of metal, for example 1/20 – 12kt G.F." where G.F. would mean gold filled. That purity is equivalent to 0.025 or 2.5%.
