Several weeks ago, I got a message saying one of my items (a US Marines themed ring) was removed for an alleged violation. It alleged that the item was a counterfeit, it is not. It is a military THEMED ring, like many thousands others sold on ebay, it was produced by a reputable jewelry company, just not produced for the Marines. I had this theme of ring in 4 separate listings - only one of which was removed. It was available in stainless steel (no plating), black plated, gold plated, all three of which had a red stone, and also available in a sleeker design with a blue crystal stone. The stainless steel one was the one that was removed. Then today, I get a notice that one of the other options for this theme ring had been removed and I was accused of intentionally violating the rights owner's request to remove the item that was originally reported. Wrong, the item (stainless steel no plating) ring was not relisted. So, this evening, I went and ended all listings that had the word "Marines" in the title.
My question is this: Am I able to sell military themed jewelry, just not Marines themed ones? Or should I remove all my listings that are other military branch themes as well?
