Signet Ring Authenticators

I purchased an antique yellow gold signet ring that was "Authenticated" by eBay's Authenticators in Carlsbad, California.

It has been three days since the authentication process was completed, and assigned a tracking number. They still have not given it to FedEx?

Should I be concerned?
