I bought this necklace from a person who lives in France and was told it was an Antigona. I don't believe that the mark is correct for Antigona jewelry, but I don't recognize it, cant read it very well and can't find int anywhere in my searches. It's a very nicely made necklace and tests out at 14k gold (plated?) Does anyone have an idea about who made this?
Thanks, Cynthia

So, I thought that I would follow my own, past advice and ask the seller about the mark. She was very gracious and gave me a thorough explanation. Here is part of what she said (translated from French:)
"...Regarding the signature, this sticker is signed “museum of decorative arts” in Paris.
This is an association with Antigona who created this jewelry intended for the museum's clients.
It is likely that they are signed elsewhere Antigona but I am not sure. In all it was created in 1994 as indicated in my description..."
That gave me a sigh of relief. So, it is Antigona, afterall, and I like the fact that it was made for the Museum of Decorative Arts. Lesson learned. It always pays to ask. Thanks for everyone's help.
