Marking inside engagement/wedding ring

I know what 18k and PT stand for, just wondering if anyone has any clue on other markings. I have only seen this ring a few times in 15-20 years so very curious who made it... Thanks for any help available

The other markings are a manufacturer's hallmark, and I'm not familiar with the maker.

I think I found the maker, Martin Flyer I will find what information I saw and post it soon.

Ah yes; Martin Flyer.  I actually have done business with them over the years...very good company!
