Identifying maker of Ginkgo leaf pin

I came across this unusual pin while thrifting.  I think it is a ginkgo leaf, looks like copper.  It's about 1 1/2" across and 1 1/4" tall.  Any help appreciated.

That’s from a company that makes Roycroft reproductions. Not particularly old.
