Help ID'ing maker of necklace

Any guesses about what the name on the tag might be? I've been searching Google using my best guess and with the image. Most of the pieces seem like plastic except the green discs which feel like stone. Thought maybe more sets of eyes might help. (These aren't my final photos.) Thanks!
