Hallmark Identification. Please help.

I have looked everywhere for the designer of this vintage chunky clear lucite bracelet signed EL© (not Erica Lyon)

Hi, sorry I can't help you ID your piece. Just wanted to say a hallmark is only on metal and is a mark for fineness (sterling, 925, 14k), not makers marks. What you have is a maker's mark

 checked both of my books on plastics and couldn't find your maker, sorry.

I guess it is Estee Lauder and they were only given to their salespeople
