Category Changes

Ever since Ebay amalgamated the fine and costume sub categories in the Vintage jewellery category I have seen my sales plummet.  I have spoken to buyers who say it is much harder to find what they are looking for and have turned to other online selling platforms.  Also search results are returning irrelevant items.   Please change it back.

I don't know if eBay has sellers who 'advise' them, but this is one case where they really should have.

And it's not just you or jewelry.  Porcelain now encompasses cookware and more.  The categories are getting too crowded, the item specifics are bordering on stupid and it's just getting to be too much work to list here knowing your item is buried in a bunch of unrelated stuff.

Agree the jewelry categories are a hot mess. I don't purchase jewelry on the bay but I research it here and cannot find particular pieces like I used to.

     Now other things that I like to buy I've not had any problem in fact I'm actually finding more, was a buying fool last month!
