Need help identifying this 14k gold hallmark on fish hook clasp

Does anyone recognize the hallmark on this 14K gold fish hook clasp? I've encountered it a few times over the years.

I don't know, but as a former long-time retail jeweler I can say that it is very likely just a manufacturer of findings like clasps, etc. and doesn't have anything to do with the strand of beads that it is attached to.  American findings manufacturing was a broad "cottage industry" concentrated in the Northeast until about the 1970s when it started succumbing to consolidation and imports.
