Help identifying an unsigned brooch

Hi. Can anyone help identify this brooch. I’ve searched & came across a Marcel Boucher exactly like this. I also posted this in another forum & was suggested I try this forum. The pin is 3.5” x 2.75” enamel guilloche.

The bird appears to be a Phoenix if that helps at all...
