Modern sterling ring - anyone know this mark?

I'm figuring probably Home Shopping Channel, QVC or something similar. It's sterling, but the top is ombre enamel and rhinestone. The Ill Will missed the sterling marks, but I didn't.

Funny looking little pin. When I started to photo it, it suddenly looks like it could be a bird. But, the head is so much bigger than the body.

Modern jewelry sort of like tiger eye, what do you call it?

If it even has a name - it looks pretty much like white tiger eye but the bar of white moves up or down when the jewelry moves. I know the jewelry itself is no big deal but it is nice to know the name of things.
