Trying to ID stone, thought it was mystic topaz but was told no, your help please.

I thought this was mystic topaz but have been told no, it is set in  a sterling silver frame.  Your thoughts on what this is, when you turn it one way it is purple when turned another more blue, not sure must be man made.

It’s a mouthful, but it’s titanium-electroplated druzy quartz!
