Known mystery mark. The pieces I've had it on have all been small cute figurals, well made and I think on the newer side.

Can't name the maker, but I can name the starfish - "Chocolate Chip Seastar"

I FOUND IT!-just posted this for another Ebayer as well. I had a couple of pieces from my sister with this marking & went crazy trying to identify it. Then I just asked her where she got them LOL It is Laila Rowe, a popular fashion jewelry chain. Here's link to a completed listing
