Silver/Metal Cuff Bracelet-Marked Microscopically?? ;-)

I'm convinced this is marked somehow-but it's way too tiny for me to make out. I'm hoping someone here might have an idea of a possible designer/origin. It's a little bent outta shape. Thanks for looking/help!

My guess based on the size of the Hallmark is Portugal.

This is even though the pattern is Greek Key. To me it makes sense because I have a modern Portuguese Bracelet with a Greek Key Pattern.
