Silver Cuff Marking- ID Help

Can you tell us what the 2nd part appreas to be?  The 1st, a T and the 2nd part I canoot make out.

Looks like a proper Modern Egyptian Silver Hallmark. 

The one Mark might be a date letter and the other the Silver content and Assay Office.

There are a few Assay Offices in Egypt. The squiggle would be the name but they are most often so small they are hard to make out. Here is an example of a similar Hallmark.
