I thought this was cute and interesting. It's unmarked, with heart shaped rhinestones. Newer or older? Thank you.

really no way to tell, what do mean by older?  It kinda looks like the costume jewelry sold by Claire's in the malls.  is it sterling? is it marked with a hallmark? It could be 2 years, or 10 years, kinda simple style works with anything !  looks interesting  though !
