I have no idea who made this brooch I can read made in China and RN 620679 just can’t quite make out mark and have never seen a mark like this thanks ahead of time for your time

Did you look up <jewelry Made In China RN 62079>?

There are a few pieces stamped that but I couldn't find a manufacturer or what the symbol above MIC means.

Yes. It sure helps. I found some Made in Japan Silk Scarves on Google with the same RN. Might be earlier import by company.
