Not sure on the dating of it.
I see many sellers referring to these as Christmas Scotty Dogs..so wonder if they produce something every year?

Wow, quite the set-up you have there! I used to do something similar but have lost my dedicated spot in the house since moving to Florida 😞 Really need to get back to it cuz it is embarrassing to post on the upcoming and finds thread with all you fine photographers! I always feel like people go oooohhhh, ahhhhh, wow and then what the _____ when they come to my post, lol. Thanks for sharing!!!

Lori....
I do have a homemade box that was made just like this diy but much small version it works great it you are limited on space, or if you do not have a desinated space for one easier to move around

That is an awesome idea! Think I will attempt that this coming weekend and will experiment with different color backgrounds as well. Thanks so much!!

Sheila - You've inspired me to set up a photoshop in my garage! I've pretty much got all this stuff. Major reason I don't list more things is the photo thing - I do my best outdoors but never have been able to get it to be "repeatable" (take tons of pics and work my way though them changing brightness or contrast). No good place in my house, but maybe garage could work. Your inclusion of diffuser and reflector materials is a step above what others have suggested here before.
Seems like just having a dedicate photo spot would be an encouragement to list and sell
