Mystery Modern Maker's Mark on Rhinestone Bird Brooch TIA!

An estate sale I went to this weekend had a ton of HSN/QVC items.  I have identified all of them but this.... it may not even be one of those makers.  Does anyone know whose hallmark this is?

Thank you all again!  I never heard of this maker.  I did google him and saw he sold jewelry on HSN.  I saw a brooch under sold items on eBay that featured this bird, different design, and they listed it as a hummingbird.  Wow.  I saw he has a book, need to save up for it.

Hummingbirds have much longer beaks, so I wouldn't use that description.

I have never seen a hummingbird with a beak that short. They have one over on Worthpoint as Polly want a cracker. So you might want to google this first.
