Went on a boat tour to a uninhabited barrier island to hunt for shells and driftwood with my best friend . For my birthday she gave me a pile of goodies , in them there was this necklace . I have been drooling over it for months in her shop . I kept asking the price to which she would reply ....still researching . She is so very generous !!!

I'm a little late, but great eye candy, everyone!  Ev, I found an iris brooch last year and fell in love with that stone.  I really like your clover pin, and your older Princess is sweet!  Sandy, LOVE the ART set!  ART pieces have such a distinctive look.  Arlene, that's one you have to keep and well you should!  That's a beauty!  Peach, what a cool and unusual Aztec (?) Mayan (?) pin!  Mermaid, that necklace is extraordinary!  The elongated black wedding cake beads are so beautiful and unusual.  What a wonderful birthday present! 

I'm trying to get back in sync with posting on the Wednesday and weekend threads.  I'll get it together soon .

Thanks , I thought so too ! I had a strand of the elongated , black , wedding cake beads when I was a teenager . That is what first caught my attention , Nostalgia ...what a wonderful thing !
