it might be time. We have to have some time for sign up, lists, assigning victims names, shopping and getting the package out.

Actually, I think Heather is right.  By the time we get  coordinator and allow sign up time, it will already be mid-November, and then things need to be gotten, wrapped and mailed so as to get there in time for the reveal, and we usually have that at least 10 days or more before Christmas.
