Help with Schreiner brooch description please

What kind of fruit is this? I can't find another one like it with the little black rhinestones at the bottom and the multi tone stones..pineapple? Pear? Also, would you call the leaves molded glass? Thank you in advance

I beieve its a pear.  Those aren't pineapple leaves.  It's very pretty.  I would call it molded glass.
