Please, Need Help w/ Identification Kutani ? Satsuma?

Hello, Can anyone please help with identification of these makers marks? I

ve been trying to researth them & I may have narrowed 1 of them down to a Kutani but the red mark also has 2 similiar characters & is it also Kutani?  The mark with no color is on a charger & may be a local artist but I am unsure. I would greatly appreciate any help.

I apologize if any are upside down, I can't tell.

The top two are definitely Kutani.   The second one showing either who produced it or where it was produced.   I am not familiar with the last mark.

Before attempting a guess, I would need to see the "face" of the dish...
