Hi ebay com. I'm looking for any advice or in sight on how to sell this piece of art . I believe it's A lithograph or watercolor from John Skinner Prout from 1845 I am including pictures of the artwork as well as the authentication tag from the rear of the Piece. Any help or advice you may have or care to share. I would greatly appreciate thank you .

in the adec book 2000 a water color 13 3/8" by 27 1/8" sold in 1999 for $2, 800 but some art has gone down in price since then. bill
