That probably isn't a zip code. It might be a model number or something. It looks like 209 11 to me, with a space in between.
Two-letter abbreviations for the state names and zip codes have only been in use since 1963. Before that, the post office preferred that the state name be spelled out, but they accepted common abbreviations without having any standard ones.
