Barbie or ? Doll Dress or Coat ID needed

Think its too big for a barbie sized doll, its black satin and its lined inside. There is no tag. I have tried searching for hours but no luck!!

From the top of the collar to the bottom is about 8 1/2 inches long.

Its a laced up style dress or coat and has wide cuffed sleeves.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!!

Wanted to add.....I did go and try it on a barbie doll and it does fit but sems a little big in the shoulders if that helps...

It might be for a 16" fashion doll.
