Ebay seems to have changed the way you open a case these days. I haven't had to do it in awhile, but just had a buyer return an item for a refund, which I gave. Now, I just need to get my FVF credit from Ebay, but, when I go to the resolution center, it never gives me an option to open a case. There is an option that says "My problem not listed here" and I have tried that. Doesn't work. Hmmm....frustrating the way they keep changing things.....any ideas?
