Item never received

I ordered as a guest, not through my eBay account, a product. Seller (health and Beauty express) confirmed shipping. After over a month I hadn't received. I wrote to the seller several emails but they ignored me.

I could not have eBay stepping in because my account has no record of this purchase but I have my order number. It's regrettable that there is no protection in these cases. I fear I've just been conned.

I'm sorry you haven't received your item after so long but don't see why you expect to receive protection when you purchased as a guest. Signing into your account offers you a money back guarantee, but since you didn't then you didn't follow the policy to be eligible. Perhaps try your financial institute. If you paid via PayPal maybe they can assist you, or your credit card should be able to. Best of luck to you....
