Ebay's backwards policies

I accidentally purchased a Tom Ford Lost cherry presentation box, on eBay. I thought it had a sample of the cologne but, it didn't.

The seller wouldn't accept it back.

I put it up for sale with a small vial sample I purchased, and Ebay removed it.

I bought the **bleep** thing here but they removed it when I tried to resell????

Any suggestions?

Ebay's backwards policies

When a buyer receives an item that's not as described, the buyer needs to open an item not as described case.  If the buyer does that, the seller CANNOT refuse to accept the return.  eBay gives the buyer 30 days after receipt to do this.  Please read the MBG.

How does one accidently buy something on eBay?  You bid or buy and it takes you to a payment screen.  anytime in between you could have left, so what happened?
